EN:
"O Brihaspati, O mighty one, let your power be with us. Destroy the strength and illusion of our opponents. I shall, alone, destroy their delusion."

DE:
"O Brihaspati, du Mächtiger, sei mit deiner Kraft bei uns. Vernichte die Stärke und Täuschung unserer Gegner. Ich werde allein ihre Illusion vernichten."

🔍 Interpretation

This mantra from the Atharvaveda reminds us that real power is not external—it lies in clear thinking, spiritual will, and inner vision. Brihaspati, the deity of wisdom and speech, represents clarity, insight, and intelligence. The enemy here is not necessarily a person, but inner doubt, ignorance, or falsehood.

By calling on divine insight, the verse tells us: Wisdom is the greatest weapon. Illusions, whether societal or mental, dissolve in the light of knowledge. This is a Vedic affirmation of self-mastery—that a single person, connected to truth and clarity, can overcome great deception.
